Job description
BNY Mellon seeks a Vice President, SOX Control & Compliance to lead end-to-end SOX and ICFR workstreams in New York. The role partners with control owners and auditors, ensuring risk assessments, walkthroughs, testing, documentation, and timely remediation, while guiding junior staff.
You will own risk assessments, maintain narratives, control matrices, and evidence packages; coordinate with business partners to gather evidence, close issues, and report progress to management.
