Lightstone Group, LLC, seeks a Senior Associate/VP, Structured Finance in Lakewood, NJ to manage preparing commercial real estate loans from term sheet to closing and ongoing portfolio monitoring.
The role requires 5+ years in real estate or finance, strong analytical skills, and excellent negotiation, communication, and presentation abilities, plus proficiency in Word and Excel. Salary range is $130,000–$185,000 annually.
