Job description
GLAS, a global leader in debt administration, seeks a Senior Transaction Manager ( VP ) to oversee a portfolio of syndicated loan transactions from closing through ongoing administration in a hybrid New Jersey/New York setting. The role emphasizes client service, documentation review and timely information flow to lenders.
You will liaise with borrowers, lenders and internal teams, ensuring covenant compliance and efficient transaction lifecycle execution while supporting process improvements
