Job description
Forward Air Corp. seeks a Vice President, Tax to lead the global tax function, directing planning, compliance, reporting, and strategy in a 100% on-site environment in Dallas, TX. The role partners with finance, legal, and operations to optimize tax positions while ensuring regulatory compliance.
The ideal candidate will have CPA and 10+ years in tax leadership, with strong ASC 740 expertise and experience in multinational tax matters, including mergers and international considerations.
