Job description
Ansera is seeking a Vice President of Technical Operations to lead warehousing, equipment, field staff and logistics, owning end-to-end accountability for a ~75-person technical operations organization.
This hybrid role, based in Boston or Chicago with travel to sites, requires 7+ years in audio-visual and lighting rental environments and a track record of building scalable processes and managing multi-site teams.
