Job description
Kroll is seeking a Vice President for Transaction Advisory Services in Los Angeles to lead financial due diligence engagements for private equity, lenders and corporations. You will analyze historical trends, assess earnings quality, and guide deal decisions across buy-side and sell-side work.
The role requires strong technical accounting expertise, CPA credentials, and a proven ability to mentor analysts while building trusted client relationships. Travel flexibility is expected.
