Job description
Welltower is seeking an AVP/VP, Transactions Tax to lead tax planning, conduct technical research, and oversee scalable processes across the portfolio. You will guide policy development and coordinate with Treasury, Legal, Accounting, and FP&A to optimize tax outcomes for complex real estate transactions and joint ventures.
You will also develop, coach, and mentor a high-performance team, oversee ERP tax method alignment, and supervise tax modeling and forecasts to support investment decisions.
