Job description

Thrive Aviation in Henderson, NV seeks a Vice President of Wholesale Charter Sales to lead the sales team, drive revenue growth, and build valuable client partnerships. You will mentor a high-performing team and shape strategy with the SVP of Commercial.

Ideal candidate has a track record in luxury charter sales, leadership in Part 135 ops, and strong negotiation plus analytics skills. Occasional travel and after-hours work are expected.
