Job description
State Street is seeking a hands-on and strategic Manager to lead our Workday HCM AMS team in New York. You will balance leadership with direct configuration work, driving system improvements while mentoring a high-performing group of specialists.
In this role, you will partner with HR and IT stakeholders to translate business needs into scalable Workday solutions, oversee governance, testing, and deployment, and ensure compliance with data privacy and audit requirements.
