Substitute Secretaries For Wadsworth City SchoolsRenhill Group is currently recruiting Substitute Secretaries for Wadsworth City Schools for the school year. This position is on call and as needed throughout the school year. Minimum requirements:High School Diploma/EquivalentTwo professional referencesBCI & FBI background checks completed within the past 12 months and on file with the Ohio Department of Education. Renhill Group can complete these for a fee if you do not already have them. Please call to make an appointment.Necessary Skills/Duties:Monitor record keeping proceduresPrepare computer documentsMaintain systematic filing systemGreet/assist visitorsPrepare letters, memos, notes, and emailsPrepare photocopiesProcess incoming, outgoing, and interoffice mailHelp resolve staff/parent/student issuesRelevant work experience in fieldDemonstrable evidence of literacy and numeracy skillsProficiency in spelling, proofreading, and correct use of grammarEnrollment in School Employees Retirement System (SERS) with 14% employer match.Wellness/preventative, fixed indemnity medical, dental, vision, term life, and short-term disability benefits offered.Questions?
