Job description
Headway Technologies is seeking an Integration Engineer to drive process integration and characterization of prototype wafers for new technology programs. You will perform wafer-level characterization using FIB and CD-SEM, analyze backend data, and propose corrective actions to improve yield and performance.
Located in Milpitas, CA, the role requires collaboration with cross-functional teams, strong data analysis skills, and the ability to operate in a cleanroom environment.
