Summary
This position is located at Grill '77 on Fort Huachuca, AZ. Incentives and Bonuses Incentives will not be paid.
Responsibilities
Takes orders placed by guests for alcohol, non-alcoholic beverages and food items from menus. Orders drinks from bartender and delivers to guests.
Required to be fully familiar with all food and beverage items available for guest consumption.
Maintains sales records, collects cash or payment by card from guests.
Clean, reset and arrange tables as required. Remove used glassware, china, and silverware to steward for cleaning.
Performs other duties as assigned.
Qualifications
Resumes must be two pages (or less). Resumes should clearly demonstrate the applicant's relevant experience, skills, knowledge and abilities as they pertain to this position. A qualified candidate must possess the following: Applicant must meet state/local age requirements (18) for the service for alcoholic beverages at the time of appointment. Estimated appointment date (11/15/2026). Applicant must possess basic math skills necessary to compute patron bills and make change. Applicant must be able to communicate effectively in English.
