Job DescriptionPosition Overview
Olé Bar & Grill is looking for a friendly, dependable, and customer-focused Waitress/Server to join our team. The ideal candidate enjoys working with people, provides excellent service, and can work efficiently in a busy restaurant environment.
Responsibilities
Greet customers warmly and provide friendly, attentive service
Take food and beverage orders accurately
Enter orders into the restaurant POS system
Serve food and beverages promptly and professionally
Answer questions about menu items and make recommendations when appropriate
Check on customers throughout their meal to ensure satisfaction
Handle customer requests and resolve service issues professionally
Process customer payments and handle cash and credit card transactions
Keep tables, dining areas, and service areas clean and organized
Assist with opening and closing duties
Follow all food safety, sanitation, and restaurant policies
Work cooperatively with kitchen staff, bartenders, and other team members
Help create a welcoming and enjoyable atmosphere for our guests
