Job Overview
Full‑time outpatient practice at the Guthrie Lourdes Walk‑In Clinic. Providers see acute‑care patients within the Walk‑In Clinic scope of practice and provide rotational coverage for virtual visits. Work in a supportive team with providers, nursing staff and Family Medicine colleagues. Extended shifts with rotating weekends and additional days off during the week.
Responsibilities
Provide primary and acute‑care services to adult and pediatric patients.
Manage patient encounters, diagnosis, treatment and follow‑up within clinic scope.
Participate in virtual visit coverage and coordination.
Collaborate closely with nursing and Family Medicine teams.
Candidate Requirements
Graduated from an accredited Physician Assistant program.
Ability to obtain and maintain Pennsylvania and New York State licenses.
Minimum 2 years experience in primary care, acute care, emergency medicine or related field; experience with pediatric and adult patients.
Commitment to quality patient care and clinical excellence.
Proficiency with Epic EHR and access to Guthrie specialists.

Base salary $155,000 for 7 bi‑weekly shifts.
