eCustomer Care Specialist: Monday-Friday 11am-7pm or 1pm-9pm
Payment Management Specialist: Hours available Monday-Friday 7am-7pm
Package Investigations Specialist: Hours available Monday-Friday 7am-6pm
Quality Assurance Evaluator: Monday-Friday 8am-4pm
Open part-time positions- Customer Care Specialist: Hours available Monday-Friday 7am-9pm
eCustomer Care Specialist: Hours available Monday-Friday 7am-9pm
Payment Management Specialist: Hours available Monday-Friday 7am-7pm
Package Investigations Specialist: Hours available Monday-Friday 7am-7pm
Next training start date- Monday, October 26
You will attend 3 weeks of Customer Care Training Monday-Friday from either 8am-12:30pm or 4pm-8:30pm. Some roles will require additional in-department training during your regularly scheduled shifts.

Responsibilities Providing customer service over the phone (and via chat & email, dependent on position) to assist customers with questions and concerns
Efficiently entering customer information and conversation notes into the order management system
*Additional responsibilities based on position
Qualifications Computer proficiency, including the ability to multi-task
Excellent communication skills and professionalism when speaking with internal and external customers
Positive attitude and solutions-oriented mindset
