Job description
Compensation: Hourly rate ranging from $26.93 to $32.43.
Role Overview: We are actively recruiting skilled professionals for Wall Sheeting and Building Erector roles focused on industrial projects located in Clarksville, TN. Our team needs reliable experts who possess a strong background in structural installation, exterior sheeting, and metal building construction.
Core Duties and Qualifications:
Demonstrate a solid history of working in industrial construction, specifically with metal building assembly and wall sheeting.
Execute the installation of siding, exterior sheeting, metal wall panels, and various related structural elements.
Support the assembly and construction of structural components and pre-engineered metal buildings.
Ensure project accuracy by measuring, aligning, and fastening wall panels to meet specific design requirements.
Help maintain project precision by interpreting construction drawings, blueprints, and layout measurements.
Apply trim, flashing, fasteners, closures, and other exterior components to complete the building envelope.
Operate essential construction equipment including power tools, hand tools, saws, levels, and measuring devices.
Maintain productivity while working from aerial lifts, scaffolding, and ladders as project needs dictate.
Contribute to the efficient positioning and securement of materials throughout the building erection process.
Collaborate effectively alongside welders, ironworkers, millwrights, and other tradespeople on the site.
Help maintain a safe working environment for the entire team by strictly adhering to PPE standards, fall protection protocols, and site safety rules.
Maintain a high level of comfort while performing duties outdoors and at significant heights within an industrial setting.
Demonstrate reliability and the ability to contribute effectively as a member of a field construction team.
Employment Status: Field-based, project-oriented work.
