About the Role
Associate Director – Walmart – Sacramento, USA.
Salary $18/hour.
Responsibilities
Contribute to the development of the brand messaging approach by staying current on industry trends, best practices, and the competitive landscape; collaborate with senior leadership, creative groups, commercial owners, and cross‑functional stakeholders to translate business goals into actionable concepts and communications.
Act as a consultant to senior leadership by asking the right questions, challenging the status quo, and presenting and defending ideas to stakeholders at all levels.
Oversee projects across fashion editorial, style product copy, and domestic editorial teams, building relationships with key stakeholders, setting goals, measuring progress, demonstrating adaptability, and fostering continuous learning and development.
Ensure all internal and corporate output aligns with brand strategy, brand voice, and marketing campaign objectives.
Partner with brand directors for the fashion and home categories at every level to eliminate obstacles and create better, more customer‑centric and cohesive work.
Qualifications

High emotional intelligence and leadership skills that foster collaboration, trust, and create space for high‑performance creative teams to thrive.
Proven ability to lead within large, complex organizations.
