Adecco Staffing is working with a manufacturing company in Chester, VT to bring on Warehouse Associates. This is a full-time, temp-to-hire opportunity with consistent hours and long-term potential.
Position: Warehouse Associate
Shifts:
1st Shift: Monday to Friday (hours may vary based on production needs)2nd Shift: Monday to Friday, 5:00 PM – 3:00 AM
Pay:
1st Shift: $18.00 – $22.00/hour (depending on experience)2nd Shift: $19.50 – $23.50/hour (includes shift differential)

Summary:
We are seeking reliable Warehouse Associates to support daily operations including material handling, shipping, receiving, and inventory control. This role plays a key part in ensuring products are moved efficiently and accurately throughout the facility.
Duties & Responsibilities:
Receive, inspect, and store incoming materials and productsPick, pack, and prepare orders for shipmentLoad and unload trucks using manual or powered equipmentMaintain accurate inventory counts and assist with cycle countsMove materials to and from production areas as neededFollow all safety procedures and warehouse best practicesMaintain a clean, organized, and efficient work environmentAssist with other warehouse or production tasks as required
Qualifications:
Previous warehouse or material handling experience preferredForklift or pallet jack experience is a plusAbility to lift, move, and handle materials throughout the shiftStrong attention to detail and accuracyAbility to work in a fast-paced environmentTeam-oriented with a strong work ethic

Pay Details: $18.00 to $19.50 per hour
