Warehouse Administrative AssistantJob Store Staffing is seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Warehouse Administrative Assistant to join our client in the North East Denver area! This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys variety and is comfortable jumping in wherever needed. You'll cross-train in multiple administrative functions and help keep daily operations running smoothly. This position involves frequent walking throughout the warehouse. Steel toe boots are required. This is a temporary to hire opportunity for the right candidate.$22/hr Monday – Friday, 6:00 AM – 2:30 PM Overtime may be available until approximately 3:30 PM as needed Occasional Saturdays, approximately 2–3 times per yearCross-train in a variety of administrative functions Be part of a team where everyone pitches in Variety in your day with both office and warehouse responsibilities Opportunity to build your administrative and data entry experienceAnswer phones and provide friendly customer service Provide customer service over the phone, online, and in person Complete order entry and data entry File and organize paperwork Assist the shipping office with paperwork and documentation Walk orders and paperwork between the office and warehouse Read, count, and verify information accurately Assist with general administrative tasks as assigned Pitch in and help wherever neededBasic administrative experience Data entry experience Strong Word and Excel skills Ability to read and communicate in English Strong attention to detail and accuracy Ability to multitask and stay organized Ability to work independently Reliable and punctual with a strong work ethic Team player who is willing to pitch in wherever needed Comfortable working in a warehouse environment and walking throughout the day Steel toe boots required
