You'll be: • Receiving customer orders via email or electronically and ensuring accurate processing. • Reviewing and coordinating shipments based on customer information while addressing discrepancies or changes in orders. • Interfacing with external customers to provide updates, pricing, stock availability, and answering inquiries from field engineers, planners, and managers.This job might be an outstanding fit if you: • Have a high school diploma (associate or bachelor's degree preferred) and a minimum of 3 years of customer service experience. • Possess strong communication skills and the ability to build productive relationships with internal and external stakeholders. • Have experience in the telecommunications industry and familiarity with Oracle Order Management (preferred but not mandatory).What happens next Once you apply, you'll proceed to the next steps if your skills and experience look like a good fit.
