Warehouse AssemblerNow hiring for a Warehouse Assembler Location: Charlotte, NC Pay Rate: $17.00 per hour Schedule: Monday–Friday, 6:00 AM until production is complete Must be flexible to work weekends and 8–12-hour shifts as needed. Previous assembly, manufacturing, or production training is beneficial.Experience RequirementsAbility to assemble products or components according to work instructions and production standards. Ability to safely use basic hand tools, power tools, fixtures, or production equipment as required. Strong attention to detail with the ability to inspect completed work for quality. Ability to maintain productivity while performing repetitive assembly tasks. Dependable attendance, teamwork, and commitment to workplace safety. Previous manufacturing experience is preferredPreferred QualificationsPrevious factory, manufacturing, production, assembly, or warehouse experience is preferred. Experience working on production lines or assembling mechanical, electrical, or consumer products is beneficial. Knowledge of quality inspection, Lean manufacturing, or continuous improvement practices is considered an asset. Individuals who demonstrate reliability, adaptability, teamwork, and attention to detail are well positioned for success as a Warehouse Assembler. Sewing experience is preferred for this rolePhysical CapabilitiesAbility to stand, walk, bend, reach, and perform repetitive assembly tasks throughout the shift. Ability to lift components, materials, or finished products weighing up to 50 pounds. Manual dexterity to safely handle parts and operate assembly tools or equipment. Ability to maintain productivity in a factory environment while following established safety procedures.
