Warehouse & AssemblyProduction Assembly & Packaging Associate Location: Lancaster, TX Pay: $18.00 per hour Schedule: 1st Shift | 2–3 Days per Week Job Type: Part-TimePosition OverviewWe are seeking a reliable and safety-focused Production Assembly & Packaging Associate to support manufacturing operations in Lancaster, TX. This position will rotate between semi-automatic and manual work cells to assemble, inspect, package, and move products while maintaining high standards for safety, quality, and productivity.ResponsibilitiesAssemble and package valve bodies, plumbing supplies, and service parts according to production schedules and specifications.Operate within semi-automatic and manual production work cells.Perform visual inspections of components and finished products to ensure quality standards are met.Package completed assemblies and move finished products to designated staging areas.Retrieve, organize, and maintain component parts within the assigned work area.Order and receive components as needed to support production.Assist with material handling activities throughout the work area.Follow written and verbal work instructions, production schedules, and safety procedures.Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.Cross-train in multiple work centers and assist other areas as needed to meet customer demand.Perform repetitive tasks while maintaining consistent quality and productivity.QualificationsPrevious manufacturing, assembly, packaging, or warehouse experience preferred.Strong safety awareness and attention to detail.Ability to follow written and verbal instructions.Basic math and measurement skills.Strong organizational skills and ability to stay on task.Ability to work effectively as part of a team.Dependable attendance and punctuality are essential.Ability to lift at least 35 lbs.Ability to stand for extended periods and perform repetitive motions.Willingness to learn multiple processes and workstations.
