Job description
Schedule:
Monday - Friday, 3 PM - 11:00 AM
Training:
3 weeks, 8AM-5PM before move over to 2nd shift
Dress Code:
Pants or shorts with belt loops, and a t-shirt or polo (attire will get dusty/dirty); required PPE includes steel-toe shoes. No joggers or basketball shorts
What You’ll Be Doing:
Perform accurate order picking and stage materials for staging and shipping
Utilize RF scanners to track, scan, and process inventory efficiently
Build and wrap loads securely by palletizing materials
Load completed pallets onto trucks using forklifts and order pickers
Maintain a clean and safe workspace by regularly clearing aisles and removing debris
This is a temporary/contract position with no benefits such as health insurance, retirement plans, or paid time off during the contract period, but these may become available upon conversion to a permanent role.
What We’re Looking For
3 years warehouse or material handling experience
Must be at least 18 years old.
Ability to frequently lift, push, carry, and slide packages that typically weigh up to 50 lbs.
Ability to safely operate a forklift and order picker
Comfortable standing, walking, and performing physical tasks throughout the shift
Reliable attendance and a strong focus on safety and accuracy
Must has your own steel-toe or composite-toe footwear
