Warehouse AssociateLocation: Edison, NJ Pay Rate: $20.00 per hour Schedule: Monday – Friday | 8 AM – 4:30 PMReal Work, Real Pay, Real People — Join Our Crew. This opportunity lets you support warehouse operations through picking, packing, shipping, receiving, and inventory handling while helping ensure orders are completed safely and accurately.Job DutiesLoad and unload trucks and containers using forklift equipmentSort freight by destination, SKU, and customer requirementsBreak down and rebuild pallets for staging and outbound shipmentsStage freight in designated lanes for pickup and deliveryMove and locate materials throughout warehouse and racking areasInspect incoming and outgoing shipments for damage, shortages, and accuracyAssist with outbound preparation and shipping activitiesSupport inventory counts and location auditsMaintain clean and organized dock, staging, and warehouse areasPerform daily forklift inspections and basic equipment checksFollow OSHA guidelines and company safety procedures at all timesEducation RequirementsHigh school diploma or GED preferredBasic understanding of warehouse operations and shipping proceduresAbility to follow safety protocols and work instructionsExperience RequirementsPrevious warehouse and forklift experience requiredExperience operating sit-down forklifts, stand-up forklifts, and/or reach trucksKnowledge of shipping and receiving processesFamiliarity with Bills of Lading (BOLs), packing lists, and freight documentationExperience with inventory control, staging, and freight handlingStrong attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced environmentExcellent communication and teamwork skillsPhysical CapabilitiesAbility to stand, walk, bend, reach, and perform repetitive warehouse tasks throughout the shift.Ability to lift, carry, push, or pull materials and packages weighing up to 50 pounds.Ability to safely work around warehouse equipment, conveyors, and moving inventory.Ability to maintain productivity while working in warehouse and distribution environments.BenefitsCompetitive Weekly PayComprehensive Benefits including medical, dental, and vision coverage.Life Insurance and Disability Insurance for added peace of mind.Optional 401(k) Plan to help you prepare for the future.Safety-Focused Warehouse Environment with opportunities for advancement and career growth.About UsAt Staffmark, we connect hardworking people with great companies, creating opportunities that make a lasting impact.
