This position ensures items are stored in an orderly and accessible manner to assist with accurate and timely order fulfillment. The Equipment Stocker also supports return processing and maintains a clean, safe, and organized workspace.Key ResponsibilitiesReceive and evaluate incoming freight; coordinate with team members to plan and prioritize stocking.Organize and categorize products on warehouse shelves for easy access and optimized space usage.Put away returns received from the warranty process in accordance with warehouse procedures.Maintain cleanliness and clear packaging waste from stocking areas.Ensure compliance with all warehouse safety procedures and use of required PPE.Operate warehouse equipment safely and only upon receiving proper certification.Perform other duties as assigned.Required QualificationsHigh school diploma or GED equivalent.Basic math and computer skills.Ability to stand for long periods and work in a physically active warehouse environment.Flexibility and ability to work under pressure.Must be certified to operate a truck lift by Tri-State Enterprises' designated trainer.Must be able to learn and operate a scanning gun.Demonstrated alignment with DRIVE Core Values.Must have 2+ years of experience operating a cherry pickerPreferred QualificationsPrevious warehouse or stocking experience.Familiarity with inventory management or scanning systems.Core CompetenciesAttention to detailTeamwork and collaborationInitiative and problem-solvingTime managementPhysical stamina and safety awarenessWork Environment and Physical DemandsWork is performed in a warehouse setting with some outdoor exposure.Warehouse is not fully climate-controlled; fans and heating/cooling mechanisms are provided.Requires frequent standing, walking, stooping, kneeling, crouching, and use of hands.Must regularly lift/move up to 50 lbs and occasionally lift over 100 lbs.Vision requirements include close, distance, color, peripheral vision, and depth perception.Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) requirement: Steel-toed or composite shoes.Additional RequirementsCandidates must meet employment eligibility requirements as established by U.S. federal law.Employment is contingent upon a conditional offer and the successful completion of a background check and, where permitted by law, a drug screening.Compensation & BenefitsHealth, dental, and vision insuranceFlexible Spending AccountsBasic Life and Accidental Death & Dismemberment (AD&D) InsuranceVoluntary Life and AD&D InsuranceShort-Term Disability (STD)Voluntary BenefitsPaid Parental LeaveEmployee Assistance ProgramEmployee Referral Program401(k) with company matchPaid time off (PTO), sick leave, and holidaysSafety shoe reimbursement programEmployee discount program for auto partsReasonable AccommodationsDriven Distribution Group is committed to providing equal employment opportunities to qualified individuals with disabilities.
