Impact Property Solutions is searching for a Warehouse Associate I for our branch operations. This position is responsible supporting and assisting the daily loadout of contract installers. The Warehouse Associate I will support the shipping and receiving process as well as maintain the warehouse cleanliness and inventory structure.
Warehouse Associate Duties and Responsibilities

* Assist with shipping and receiving, loading & unloading trucks, and scheduling freight carriers to pick up and deliver freight
* Reading customer orders, work orders, shipping orders, or requisitions to determine items to be moved, gathered, or distributed and/or shipped.
* Sorting and placing materials or items on racks, shelves, or in bins according to predetermined sequence such as size, type, style, color, or product code.
* Filling sales orders, work orders, or requests for materials, tools, or other stock items and distributes items to shipping or to designated assembly area.
* Recording amounts of materials or items received or distributed via appropriate computer program.
* Weighing and counting items for distribution to ensure conformance to company standards.
* Organizing warehouse and work area for orderliness/cleanliness at all times.
* Conserves resources by using equipment and supplies as needed to accomplish job results.
* Gathers and positions parts and subassemblies by using templates or reading measurements.
Warehouse Associate I Competencies
* Demonstrate and understand compliance of the company's safety processes.
* Work in a fast pace environment with accuracy.
* Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
* Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
* Basic understanding of or ability to quickly learn company product codes and terminology.
* Good analytical skills and ability to make sound judgments relative to inventory.
* Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide in all units of measure.
* Experience and ability using computer programs preferred
Compensation details: 17-22 Hourly Wage
