Warehouse Associate IIGE HealthCare is seeking a detail-oriented Warehouse Associate II to join our Receiving team. This role is crucial for ensuring the accurate and efficient intake of goods, contributing directly to our operational excellence. Ability to work within a small, localized warehouse with fast paced environment. Oracle GLPROD, e DHR experience a plus.Essential ResponsibilitiesReceive, unload, and inspect incoming shipments against purchase orders and packing lists for accuracy and damage.Document discrepancies, damages, or shortages and report them to the appropriate personnel.Accurately sort, count, label, and store incoming materials and products in designated warehouse locations.Operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and other material handling equipment safely and efficiently.Maintain a clean, organized, and safe receiving area.Assist with inventory counts and reconciliation as needed.Collaborate with other warehouse departments to ensure smooth workflow and accurate inventory.Follow all company safety procedures and guidelines.Perform other duties as assigned by the Warehouse Supervisor.Required QualificationsHigh school Diploma or local equivalent/GEDMinimum 1-year related experienceDemonstrate ability to read, write and speak in local language (English)Proficient in basic mathematicsAbility to communicate well and work with othersAbility to consistently lift 35 lbs. alone, anything over 35 lbs. requires assistance.Strong attention to detail and accuracy in counting and documentation.Proficient in using warehouse management systems (WMS) and basic computer applications.Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.Strong problem-solving skills and ability to adapt to changing priorities.Desired CharacteristicsMinimum 2 years' experience in storing and receivingKnowledge of computerized material flow methodsBasic knowledge of quality and inventory controlOracle GLPROD and e DHR experience a plusWe will not sponsor individuals for employment visas, now or in the future, for this job opening.
