Position: Warehouse Associate III

Job Description: Arrow Electronics is looking for motivated and reliable team members to join our fast-paced electronics repair and processing facility. Arrow Electronics Mesa, AZ

Shift: 6:00 AM - 2:30 PM, Monday-Friday.

Hourly Rate: $24.00 USD

Hourly Pay: up to $25.50 USD for hours worked between 6:00 PM - 6:00 AM.

Overtime: Regular OT and occasional Saturdays as needed.

What You'll Be Doing:

Support all departments, including receiving, storing, inventory, shipping, dispatch, and picking.

Assist with inventory management and fill in as needed.

Help with scheduling trucks and uploading orders to third-party partners.

Provide support with ongoing team training and assist in the implementation of new processes and changes.

Identify areas for improvement and participate in process improvement initiatives.

Mentor and assist co-workers in developing their skills and identifying areas for improvement.

What We Are Looking For:

Proficiency in safely operating facility material handling equipment (e.g., forklift, reach truck, pallet jack, Box Truck, and pallet/wrapping equipment).

Ability to perform end-user computer functions, including data entry and interpreting information from warehouse systems (e.g., RF units, computer terminals).

Demonstrated ability to train and certify new hires and employees in all warehouse functions, including equipment operation.

Effective support in scheduling trucks.

This position involves standing and or walking for considerable lengths of time. Consistently bending to floor level and heavy lifting (up to 50 lbs.) is required

Must have strong attention to detail

Proficient Reading, writing, and understanding of English language
