Warehouse AssociatePosition Overview Join our team as a Warehouse Associate (Pick and Pack Worker) at our client's Solon Regional Hub Distribution Center. In this role, you will focus on efficient and accurate order fulfillment. Key ResponsibilitiesPick, assemble, and fill orders for shipment to customers and internal divisionsLoad and unload company and carrier vehicles (no driving duties)Pack orders into containers and arrange for outgoing shipmentsProcess and verify shipping paperwork and invoicesUse RF scanners and warehouse management systems for picking and inventory tasksMaintain high quality and accuracy standards in order pickingFollow customer shipping instructions, including labeling and BOL completionSubstitute for other warehouse staff when neededAdhere to all safety policies and wear required work bootsQualificationsAt least 6 months to 1 year warehouse experience requiredForklift (sit-down and reach truck) & pallet jack experience requiredStable work history and reliable attendanceProven track record of meeting KPIs and maintaining accuracyStrong communication skills and ability to work independently or with a teamPreferred: RF scanner experience, general electrical product knowledgeAbility to perform basic math and organize/prioritize workRequirementsMust have an updated resume submittedExcellent attendance recordWillingness to work overtime as necessaryWork boots requiredAbility to accept feedback and grow in the roleApply today to join a dedicated warehouse team in a supportive environment!
