This opportunity is based on a Warehouse Associate career path and is being offered by Staffmark to qualified candidates.Job DutiesReceive, stock, and organize inventory within warehouse storage locations.Pick, pack, and prepare customer orders for shipment according to shipping requirements.Verify product information, quantities, labels, and shipping documentation for accuracy.Process outgoing shipments and assist with receiving inbound deliveries.Load and unload freight, materials, and warehouse inventory as needed.Maintain accurate inventory records through RF scanners, warehouse systems, and cycle counts.Operate pallet jacks, hand trucks, forklifts, and other warehouse equipment as required.Assist with inventory control activities and warehouse organization.Follow all safety procedures, company policies, and warehouse operating standards.Support general warehouse and distribution operations as assigned.Work collaboratively with team members to meet productivity and shipping goals.Education RequirementsHigh school diploma or GED preferred.Previous warehouse, logistics, or distribution training is beneficial.Experience RequirementsMinimum 1 year of experience in a warehouse, inventory, shipping, receiving, or distribution environment preferred.Ability to safely perform warehouse duties including picking, packing, shipping, receiving, and inventory handling.Strong attention to detail with the ability to accurately identify products, labels, and shipping documentation.Ability to use pallet jacks, hand trucks, RF scanners, or other warehouse equipment as required.Good organizational skills and the ability to work efficiently in fast-paced warehouse environments.Commitment to workplace safety, teamwork, and dependable attendance.Preferred QualificationsPrevious warehouse, distribution center, fulfillment, manufacturing, or logistics experience is preferred.Experience operating forklifts or other powered industrial equipment is beneficial.Experience with FedEx, UPS, shipping software, inventory procedures, or warehouse management systems is beneficial.Individuals who demonstrate reliability, adaptability, teamwork, and attention to detail are well positioned for success as a Warehouse Associate.Physical CapabilitiesAbility to stand, walk, bend, reach, and perform repetitive warehouse tasks throughout the shift.Ability to lift, carry, push, or pull materials and packages weighing up to 50 pounds.Ability to safely work around warehouse equipment, conveyors, and moving inventory.Ability to maintain productivity while working in warehouse and distribution environments.Ability to work in warehouse environments, including ambient, refrigerated, or temperature-controlled areas as needed.BenefitsCompetitive Weekly PayComprehensive Benefits including medical, dental, and vision coverage.Life Insurance and Disability Insurance for added peace of mind.Optional 401(k) Plan to help you prepare for the future.Safety-Focused Warehouse Environment with opportunities for advancement and career growth.About UsAt Staffmark, we connect hardworking people with great companies, creating opportunities that make a lasting impact.
