Grow your career with hands-on industry experience and real opportunities for advancement.Key ResponsibilitiesPerform combined driver and warehouse duties, splitting time between delivery routes and in-warehouse support as neededMake deliveries in and around the Los Angeles area using company vans, following assigned routes in a safe and timely mannerPick and pull orders accurately from stock to fulfill customer and production requestsPack and prepare orders for shipment, ensuring items are properly boxed, labeled, and staged when not on a delivery routeAssist with shipping and receiving duties, including verifying quantities against packing lists and invoicesStock shelves and organize inventory to keep the warehouse clean, safe, and efficientLoad and unload trucks and vans, including using hand trucks and pallet jacks as neededConduct routine vehicle checks and report any issues to a supervisorMaintain a valid driver’s license and a clean, safe driving recordQualificationsAt least 1 year of apparel warehouse or similar warehouse/distribution experienceValid driver’s license with a clean, safe driving recordNo DUI/DWI convictions within the past 5 yearsComfortable working both as a driver and inside the warehouse on packing/shipping tasks as business needs requireAbility to lift up to 50 lbs. and stay on your feet for extended periodsBasic knowledge of warehouse equipment (hand trucks, pallet jacks) is a plusStrong attention to detail and accuracy when picking, packing, and verifying ordersAbility to multi-task and prioritize in a fast-paced environmentReliable, punctual, and able to work independently with minimal supervisionFriendly, professional, and respectful communication skillsBenefits & PerksWellness: PPO health insurance (medical, dental, vision), covered 75% by company.
