We operate both as a traditional wholesale distributor and a cash-and-carry operation.Our client base includes convenience stores, gas stations, smoke shops, and tobacco retailers. We are known for reliable service, strong product availability, and long-standing customer relationships. As we continue to grow, we are focused on expanding our reach and strengthening our position in the market.The Cashier & Customer Sales Associate is a customer-focused role responsible for handling transactions and delivering excellent sales and service. This position combines front-end cashier duties with customer assistance and product sales, ensuring a smooth and positive customer experience.Key ResponsibilitiesProcess customer purchases (cash, credit/debit, digital payments) accuratelyHandle returns, refunds, and exchanges in accordance with company policiesUsing the POS system to handle transactionsOpen and close registers as requiredGreet customers and provide a high level of customer serviceAssist customers with product selection and recommendationsUpsell and promote products when appropriateAnswer questions regarding pricing, availability, and product useResolve customer concerns in a professional and timely mannerBuild and maintain strong customer relationshipsRestock shelves and ensure products are organized and accessibleMaintain cleanliness and organization of the sales areaCoordinate with warehouse staff to check product availabilityAssist with light product handling or order preparation when needed
