This role is essential to keeping the warehouse clean, organized, and running efficiently. Candidates must be detail-oriented, reliable, and able to work independently in a fast-paced environment.Key ResponsibilitiesClean and sanitize warehouse floors, break rooms, restrooms, and workspacesCollect and remove cardboard and debris from the floor using pallet jacks and conveyor systemsSupport recycling and waste disposal effortsFollow all safety protocols and proceduresMaintain high standards of cleanliness throughout assigned areasQualificationsMinimum 6 months of experience in a warehouse, distribution, or janitorial environmentHigh school diploma or GED preferredMust be able to stand, walk, lift (up to 50 lbs), and perform repetitive tasks for extended periodsStrong attention to detail and consistent attendanceMust pass background check and drug screenComposite toe shoes requiredMust be able to work overnight shifts reliablyWhy Work With Allegiance Staffing?Weekly PayStable overnight scheduleOpportunity for temp-to-hire conversionInclusive, supportive work environment
