Warehouse Clerk – Part-Time
Job Title: Warehouse Clerk
Location: Bolingbrook, IL
Job Type: Part-Time, Temporary, Non-Exempt
Pay Rate: $22–$24/hr
Hours: 20 hours/week
Schedule: Flexible 4-day schedule, Monday–Friday, 5 hours/day. Final schedule must be agreed upon at the time of hire.

Position Summary
The Warehouse Clerk is responsible for supporting warehouse operations, including cleaning and disinfecting medical devices to reduce bioburden, inbound receiving, outbound shipping, inventory accuracy, and general warehouse organization.
All activities must be performed in compliance with applicable GxP, transportation, and import/export regulations .
Essential Functions
Clean and disinfect medical devices according to established procedures to reduce bioburden.
Prepare outbound shipments for internal and external customers, both domestically and internationally.
Box, palletize, wrap, strap, and apply appropriate shipping labels to shipments.
Receive and process inbound goods accurately and efficiently.
Properly move and store inventory while maintaining accurate inventory records.
Maintain good housekeeping and clear work areas in a timely manner to minimize congestion.
Maintain proper segregation of non-conforming inventory.
Complete required training on time and maintain all required certifications.
Perform additional projects and duties as assigned by management.
Minimum Requirements
Education: High school diploma or equivalent.
Strong verbal communication skills.
Well organized and results-oriented.
Strong attention to detail.
Ability to follow established procedures and compliance requirements.
Working Conditions & Physical Requirements
Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs. regularly and on an ongoing basis .
Requires extended periods of:
Walking
Standing
Bending
Stooping
Repetitive motion
Ability to work safely and effectively in a warehouse environment.
Additional Information
Part-time temporary position.
Approximately 20 hours per week .
Flexible 4-day work schedule between Monday and Friday.
Schedule will consist of approximately 5 hours per day and must be agreed upon at the time of hire. xhqgsiq
