Job description
Spherion Staffing is hiring an Warehouse Clerk for a supply company in Wichita Falls, TX! The ideal candidate has advanced data entry skills paired with warehouse operations knowledge. The work schedule is Monday-Friday 7am-3:30pm, pay ranges from $18.00 - $22.00/hr.
Responsibilities:
Maintain accurate electronic inventory records, process stock adjustments, track incoming/outgoing building materials, and update purchase orders in the company database.
Process packing slips, bills of lading (BOL), shipping manifests, and receiving reports; reconcile discrepancies between physical counts and system records.
Schedule inbound freight and outbound deliveries, communicate with drivers, and interface with suppliers or internal sales staff regarding stock availability.
Verify picked orders for accuracy before dispatch, generate shipping labels, and route job-site transfer paperwork.
Organize physical and digital records, answer logistical inquiries, and assist warehouse management with routine operational reporting.

Working hours: 7:00 AM - 3:30 PM

High School
Experience
1-4 years
Qualifications
2+ years proven work experience in a warehouse environment
MUST have data entry experience
