Job description
Ryder System, Inc. is seeking a Lead Engineer to advance continuous improvement across our distribution and transportation operations in Richmond. You will apply data-driven CI methods, lean tools, and automation to raise safety, quality, delivery, cost, and growth while influencing teams at all levels.
This role may supervise CI engineers and collaborates with General Manager or Operations Director. You will map processes, lead Kaizen events, develop value streams, and deliver sustainment;
