Job description
CSR – Dedicated E-commerce AccountsThe CSR – Dedicated to e-commerce accounts – Dedicated Account responsibility in support of all services required by account as it pertains to preparing orders, handling returns, preparing deposits, with all daily tasks as required by account.ResponsibilitiesManaging the day-to-day activities of order preparationsProcessing all customer returnsOrganizing workflow with pick and pack team associatesHandling of emails and requests from e-commerce off site customerData entry, scanningProcessing inbound in customers dedicated software systemProvide management with daily END OF DAY status reports on all tasksAssist with processing orders, producing and reconciling business documents, and continuously facilitate communication with managementFacilitate inter-departmental communication to effectively provide customer support.Provide assistance to customer with problems and resolutionsOrganize, scan and file shipping and receiving digital picturesRegularly facilitate instructions on the floorInteract and possible lifting of cases up to 25 lbs.The preceding functions have been provided as examples of the types of work performed by employees assigned to this job classification. Management reserves the right to add, modify, change or rescind the work assignments of different positions and to make reasonable accommodations, if required, so that qualified employees can perform the essential functions of the job.Skills and ExperiencesHigh School Diploma or EquivalentBi-lingual (English & Spanish)Prior Customer Service ExperienceBasic computer and math skillsMust be very detail oriented, thorough and accurate.Ability to establish priorities and accomplish multiple tasksShift- Monday to Friday, 8:00 Am to 5:00 PMNeed to be flexible for over-time nights and Saturdays as neededPayrate: $19.50Abacus Staffing
