Cold Storage Floor SupervisorPFP Logistics is looking for a Cold Storage Floor Supervisor to join our team in Sumter, SC!OverviewThis role will supervise a team of associates at a cold storage warehouse, overseeing freight handling, unloading, palletizing, and other assigned warehouse operations. Main Objective: Build and manage a strong, dependable team while ensuring safe, efficient, and productive warehouse operations that meet our client's expectations.Schedule + PaySchedule: Monday - FridaySalary: $60,000- $70,000 annually, dependent on experience.ResponsibilitiesDaily Responsibilities:Navigate customer requests and workload fluctuationsSupervise and schedule team members performing freight handling and other assigned tasksMonitor productivity, attendance, and adherence to safety protocolsTrain and coach staff on proper procedures, equipment use, and cold storage best practicesEnsure product is handled safely and accurately throughout warehouse operationsMaintain documentation and communicate any discrepancies, damages, or operational concernsBuild and maintain strong relationships with clientsLead by example and maintain a positive, accountable work environmentWeekly Responsibilities:Assist with recruiting and onboarding new team membersReview + submit payrollReview team performance and identify opportunities for improvementCommunicate operational updates and needs with PFP Logistics leadershipRequirements:Experience: Experience supervising or managing a team toward set goals, objectives, or service-level agreementsCommunication: Strong verbal and written communication skills in a business environmentComputer: Experience using Microsoft OfficeLeadership: Effective leadership, organization, problem-solving, and time-management skillsWarehouse: Previous warehouse or cold storage experience preferredPhysical: Comfortable working in a cold storage environment and able to lift, push, pull, and carry 40–50 lbs. consistently while performing physically demanding warehouse tasksWhat We Offer:Competitive salary of $60,000–$70,000Bonus potentialBenefits + 401kGrowth opportunities within a rapidly expanding organizationWhat We Believe In:Integrity: Do the right thingQuality: Trust in and follow the process consistentlyLeadership: Intentionally setting the example at all timesPerformance: Focusing on improvement to be better than yesterdayBalance: Supporting whole-person fulfillmentWe are an equal opportunity employer and consider all qualified applicants equally without regard to race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity, national origin, veteran status, or disability status.About PFP Logistics LLCPFP Logistics is a third-party (3PL) Staffing Company that works in Warehouses' Shipping and Receiving Departments across the nation.
