Location: Monroeville, PA
Pay Rate: $20.00 per hour
Schedule: Mon 6am-12pm * Tue 5am - 12pm (truck day) * Thur 5am - 12pm (truck day)

Job Duties
Load and unload flooring and carpet products manually and with equipment assistance
Operate a sit-down propane forklift approximately 10% of the workday
Use RF scanning devices to track inventory and product movement
Perform cycle counts and maintain accurate inventory records
Assist with receiving, stocking, staging, and shipping materials
Verify product quantities using basic counting and math skills
Education Requirements
High school diploma or GED preferred.
Previous warehouse training or powered industrial truck training is beneficial.
Experience Requirements
Experience operating forklifts or other powered industrial equipment safely and efficiently.
Ability to load, unload, move, stack, and organize palletized materials.
Knowledge of warehouse safety procedures and safe equipment operation.
Ability to accurately identify inventory, shipping documentation, and storage locations.
Strong attention to detail, dependable attendance, and commitment to workplace safety.
Previous warehouse, material handling, or inventory experience preferred
Experience operating a sit-down propane forklift (rear-wheel drive) preferred
Experience using RF scanners/devices and performing cycle counts
Ability to accurately track inventory and follow warehouse procedures
Preferred Qualifications
Previous experience in warehouse, distribution, logistics, manufacturing, or shipping and receiving is preferred.
Current forklift certification or experience operating multiple classes of powered industrial equipment is beneficial.
Experience using RF scanners, warehouse management systems (WMS), or inventory software is considered an asset.
Individuals who demonstrate safe operating practices, teamwork, reliability, and productivity are well positioned for success as a Warehouse Forklift Associate.
Physical Capabilities
Ability to sit, stand, walk, bend, and climb on and off powered industrial equipment throughout the shift.
Ability to lift, move, or reposition materials weighing up to 50 pounds when required.
Ability to safely operate forklifts in busy warehouse and manufacturing environments.
Ability to maintain awareness of surrounding personnel, equipment, and inventory while operating powered industrial vehicles.
