Job description
Job DetailsKey ResponsibilitiesUse designated tools to prepare products or complete production tasks.Tend to assembly lines, performing tasks as needed to support process flow.Inspect products for quality and compliance with standards.Pack products according to management instructions.Prepare products for packing and shipment.Perform other duties as assigned by the production supervisor.Skills & AbilitiesCommunication: Active listening and clear, professional speaking skills.Tool Proficiency: Ability to operate hand and automatic tools safely with good physical dexterity.Safety Awareness: Able to safely handle sharp instruments (box cutters, scissors) and follow safety protocols.Attention to Detail: Ability to see fine details at close range.Physical Capability:Lift, push, pull, or carry 10–50 lbs.Stand or sit for long periods.Work in warehouse environment with exposure to down/feathersEndurance & Reliability: Willingness to work until production is complete (end times may vary).Work Environment & RequirementsFrequent use of hands and arms to handle, position, and move materials.Physical activities include lifting, balancing, walking, stooping, and handling materials.Must wear required personal protective equipment (PPE), including gloves, aprons, safety shoes, and ear protection, as needed.Equal Opportunity Employer This employer is required to notify all applicants of their rights pursuant to federal employment laws.
