Willingness to receive training in other assembly positions.Availability to work overtime.Assemble curtains meeting quality standards and deadlines. Possibility to perform pre-assembly tasks.Cut fabric and/or rods, sew fabric or gather components.Handle fabric during custom cutting and/or hole punching; or weigh fabric and enter data into a computer.Remove the curtain from the holder, table, or cart following established priority criteria. Perform initial curtain assembly to allow it to be hung, inspected, and adjusted.Hang the curtain and perform an initial inspection to verify that components and tools are in place, and that the motor and clutch are properly adjusted (if applicable).Make necessary adjustments and reinspect.Carry out the entire assembly process, including the placement of decorative elements and/or accessories.Test the curtain through visual, quality, and functionality inspections (check that it hangs straight, functions correctly, has no damage, etc.).Collaborate with quality specialists to ensure compliance with standards. Prepare the curtain for packaging and shipping, placing it in a plastic cover and/or a box.Minimum Education and Experience RequirementsHigh school diploma or equivalent preferredExperience in industrial sewing machine one-needle sewing3 months of manufacturing experienceSkillsCompliance with safety standardsTeamworkPrioritizationFlexibility in work tasksHand-eye coordinationBasic computer skillsAbility to meet productivity expectations
