It's More Than A JobAs part of the Contract Logistics team at Kuehne+Nagel, you will play a key role in designing, managing, and optimizing solutions that keep goods moving efficiently. At Kuehne+Nagel, your contribution goes far beyond the warehouse—it helps shape the flow of global trade.Reporting to a Supervisor, you will ensure inventory accuracy for pharmaceutical products, investigate discrepancies, and support all inventory control processes in accordance with FDA, cGMP, and company standards. Your typical work schedule will be Monday - Friday, 8:00 AM - 4:30 PM, and you will be paid weekly at $26.72 per hour.How You Create ImpactReconcile pharmaceutical inventory and coordinate inventory procedures in compliance with cGMP and FDA regulationsInvestigate inventory discrepancies, including lot numbers, expiration dates, and product conditionsImplement audit programs for returns and ensure returned products are processed, quarantined, or dispositioned correctlyProcess documentation for product returns, and inventory adjustments with strict accuracyPerform weekly cycle counts, physical inventory, and system adjustments in WMS (Warehouse Management System)Maintain accurate inventory records to support shortage detection, traceability, and regulatory complianceInspect inventory diagnostics, including temperature-sensitive product checks and packaging integrityFollow all health, safety, and pharmaceutical compliance policies, including OSHA, FDA, cGMP, and site SOPsWork overtime and weekends when needed and perform other tasks as assignedWhat We Would Like You To BringHigh school diploma or equivalent2+ years of inventory experience, preferably in a pharmaceutical, medical device, or regulated warehouse environment1+ year of experience with Microsoft Excel; able to maintain and update complex spreadsheetsExperience with material handling equipment (forklift, pallet jack, etc.) is a plusFamiliarity with cGMP, FDA, or DEA compliance is a plusAble to lift up to 50 poundsWhat's In It For YouKuehne+Nagel we strive daily to inspire, empower, and deliver not only to our customers, but also to our colleagues.
