Warehouse Operator
Location: Iola, KS Schedule: Full ‑ Time | Monday–Friday – Overt ime as Required
Pay: $22.00 per hour
Warehouse Operator – Evening Shift
Penmac Staffing is hiring Warehouse Operators for a full ‑ time shift in Iola, KS. This Warehouse Operator position is a great opportunity for dependable, safety ‑ focused individuals who enjoy hands ‑ on work in a fast ‑ paced warehouse environment. Training is provided, making this role ideal for candidates with a strong work ethic and willingness to learn.
Warehouse Operator Responsibilities
Receive and process incoming inventory
Complete receiving paperwork and inventory documentation
Pull, stage, and fill orders accurately
Maintain inventory control and organization
Operate forklifts, tuggers, and other warehouse equipment (training provided)
Prepare and handle outbound shipments
Follow safety procedures and standard work instructions
Requirements for the Warehouse Operator
Strong communication skills and attention to detail
Ability to follow written and verbal instructions
Team ‑ oriented with a high level of accountability
Basic math and measurement skills
Ability to read gauges, dials, and work instructions
Commitment to safety and quality standards
Qualifications
Warehouse or manufacturing experience is helpful but not required
Must be willing to submit to a criminal background check, drug screen, physical abilities test, and interview process
Physical & Work Environment Requirements
Stand and walk for 8–12 hours per shift
Lift up to 50 lbs independently; team lift up to 65+ lbs
Frequent bending, lifting, and stretching
Ability to work in hot conditions
Overtime may be required
Industrial warehouse environment with required hearing protection
Fast ‑ paced, team ‑ oriented operations floor
