Join us in elevating the fan experience through unparalleled guest service and pride to make Raymond James Stadium one of the best stadiums in the NFL.Job Title: Part-Time Operations Administrative AssistantThe Part-Time Operations Administrative Assistant provides administrative and operational support to the Warehouse and Maintenance teams. This role is responsible for assisting with day-to-day office functions, coordinating communication, organizing documentation, and supporting event-based operational needs. This individual will serve as a key resource to ensure efficient workflow and organization across both teams.Provide ABI support as needed (Payroll)Coordinate scheduling for warehouse and maintenanceAssist with payroll tracking and related administrative tasksSupport event day check-in processesCollect and process invoices for submission and trackingTake notes during maintenance calls and assist with structuring follow-up actionsScan receipts and upload documentation to the shared driveCreate signage and laminate materials for operational needsAssist in building and organizing a maintenance request systemOrganize and track incoming maintenance work ordersSupport Yellow Dog Inventory items during ongoing implementationProvide general administrative support for warehouse and maintenance teamsAssist with additional operational needs as assignedMust be available to work nights and weekendsSchedule will align with event calendar and operational needsHours will vary based on business demandsQualificationsStrong organizational and administrative skills Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment Proficiency with Microsoft Office or Google Workspace Strong attention to detail and follow-through Excellent communication skills Ability to work independently and support multiple team members Previous administrative or operations support experience preferredLegends & ASM Global is an Equal Opportunity/Affirmative Action employer, and encourages Women, Minorities, Individuals with Disabilities, and protected Veterans to apply.
