We're looking for hardworking, motivated, and good-humored individuals to join our close-knit team and help us grow our business.Pay Range: $20 - $25 per hour based on experienceEssential Duties And ResponsibilitiesWarehouse Cleaning & Facility MaintenanceMaintain cleanliness and organization throughout the warehouse, loading docks, storage areas, and surrounding facility groundsSweep, mop, and operate floor-cleaning equipment, including warehouse floor scrubbersClean and maintain warehouse floors, aisles, walkways, and designated work areas to ensure safe and accessible conditionsWipe down warehouse equipment, shelving, workstations, and other designated surfacesPerform routine cleaning and minor facility maintenance tasks as assignedIdentify and report facility maintenance concerns, damaged equipment, and unsafe conditions to the appropriate supervisorAssist with maintaining warehouse storage areas, shelving, and equipment organizationProduct Breakage & Inventory SupportMaintain a clean, organized, and designated product breakage areaClean up damaged products, spills, and broken packaging in accordance with company safety proceduresProperly separate and dispose of damaged products and packaging materialsReturn eligible products to inventory as directed and in accordance with established proceduresCommunicate product damage, breakage concerns, and inventory discrepancies to the appropriate warehouse or Inventory Control personnelAssist with maintaining organized product storage and warehouse work areasEmployee Common Areas & Waste ManagementClean and maintain employee breakrooms, kitchen areas, and other designated common spacesEmpty trash containers and properly dispose of waste and recyclable materialsReplenish cleaning supplies and other designated facility materials as neededMaintain designated waste disposal and recycling areas in a clean and orderly conditionAssist with general cleaning of office areas and other facility spaces as assignedSupplies & Equipment ManagementMonitor inventory levels of cleaning supplies, sanitation materials, and other designated warehouse maintenance productsCoordinate the ordering and replenishment of cleaning supplies and materials with the appropriate supervisorSafely operate and maintain approved cleaning equipment in accordance with manufacturer instructions and company proceduresReport damaged or malfunctioning cleaning equipment and coordinate necessary repairsEnsure cleaning supplies and equipment are properly stored and secured when not in useSafety & Operational SupportFollow company safety procedures and applicable workplace safety requirementsProperly handle, store, and use cleaning chemicals in accordance with product instructions and safety guidelinesMaintain clear aisles, walkways, emergency exits, and other designated access areasPromptly identity and report spills, damaged materials, equipment concerns, and other potential safety hazardsCoordinate with warehouse personnel to complete cleaning and maintenance activities without disrupting daily operationsOther duties as assignedQualifications & RequirementsHigh school diploma or equivalent preferredPrevious experience in warehouse operations, janitorial services, facility maintenance, or a related field preferredAbility to safely operate warehouse cleaning equipment, including floor scrubbersKnowledge of basic cleaning procedures, sanitation practices, and safe chemical handling preferredPhysical Demands & Work EnvironmentFrequent standing, walking, bending, stooping, kneeling, squatting, and reaching throughout the workdayFrequent lifting, carrying, and handling of beverage cases, cleaning supplies, and warehouse materials weighing up to 50 lbsOccasional handling and movement of quarter barrels, half barrels, and other heavy beverage products using approved material-handling equipment or assistance as appropriateRepetitive movement of products and materials from floor level to shelves and designated storage areasFrequent pushing and pulling of cleaning equipment, waste containers, and other warehouse materialsRegular operation of warehouse floor scrubbers and other approved cleaning equipmentOccasional climbing of stairs and approved step stools or laddersExposure to varying temperatures, including refrigerated warehouse areas, loading docks, and outdoor conditionsExposure to warehouse noise, moving equipment, cleaning chemicals, dust, and active loading dock environmentsRegular use of appropriate personal protective equipment (PPE) when handling cleaning chemicals, damaged products, and other materialsStrong communication and interpersonal skillsDependable, self-motivated, and committed to maintaining a safe and organized workplaceEEO StatementSheehan Family Companies is proud to be an Equal Opportunity Employer.
