Responsibilities
Lead daily warehouse operations, including shipping, receiving, inventory control, and internal material movement
Supervise and develop a team of 10–12 employees
Optimize space utilization and support the implementation of new storage strategy
Develop and maintain a robust PFEP system to ensure efficient material flow
Coordinate and collaborate with production, logistics, and supply chain teams
Drive continuous improvement initiatives
Support system improvements and maintain compliance with internal standards and external requirements (e.g., ISO, customer-specific logistics audits)
Utilize KPIs to monitor warehouse performance
Ensure proper use of equipment and adherence to safety protocols
Oversee inventory accuracy
Other duties as assigned
Experience
Bachelor’s degree in logistics, supply chain, operations, or a related field preferred
5+ years of warehouse or logistics experience in a manufacturing environment
Familiarity with warehouse management systems (WMS) and ERP systems
Strong understanding of PFEP and lean material handling
