Warehouse Manager
Our manufacturing and distribution client in the Brattleboro, VT area is seeking to hire a Warehouse Manager for a direct-hire opportunity. This is an excellent leadership role for an experienced logistics professional who enjoys building strong teams, improving operations, and driving results. You'll have the opportunity to lead a critical function, partner with cross-functional teams, and make a meaningful impact on business performance.
Your qualifications for the Warehouse Manager position are:
5+ years of leadership experience in warehousing, logistics, distribution, manufacturing, or supply chain operations
Proven success leading teams, developing employees, and improving operational performance
Experience with inventory control, shipping, receiving, fulfillment, and warehouse operations
Strong knowledge of ERP, warehouse management, or inventory management systems
Bachelor's degree preferred, but equivalent experience will be considered
Ability to analyze KPIs, implement process improvements, and drive accountability
Experience in regulated manufacturing environments is a plus

For the Warehouse Manager, your duties and responsibilities will include:
Lead, coach, and develop a team of approximately 20+ warehouse and logistics employees
Oversee receiving, inventory management, warehousing, shipping, fulfillment, and material movement operations
Ensure accurate inventory control and reliable material flow to support production requirements
Monitor departmental performance metrics and implement continuous improvement initiatives
Improve warehouse efficiency, organization, productivity, and service levels
Partner with operations, planning, quality, and customer service teams to ensure seamless execution
Promote and maintain a strong culture of safety, quality, compliance, and accountability
Investigate operational issues and implement corrective actions to drive long-term improvements
