Warehouse Manager | Charlotte, MI
Salary Range: $68,000 - $107,000 depending on experience

The Opportunity
We partner with manufacturers across Charlotte seeking Warehouse Managers who want more than a lateral move. These companies hire intentionally, and we connect them with professionals ready for roles that fit.
Key Responsibilities
Oversee daily warehouse operations, including receiving, storage, order fulfillment, and shipping.
Develop and implement warehouse policies and procedures to optimize efficiency and safety.
Manage inventory control processes, conduct regular cycle counts, and investigate discrepancies.
Lead, train, and mentor a team of warehouse staff, fostering a culture of continuous improvement.
Collaborate with production, logistics, and sales teams to ensure timely and accurate material flow.
Monitor and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) for warehouse operations, identifying areas for improvement.
Ensure compliance with all safety regulations, company policies, and quality standards.
Recommended Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or a related field
5+ years of experience in warehouse management, logistics, or operations within a manufacturing environment
Proven experience with Inventory Management Systems (IMS) and Warehouse Management Systems (WMS)
Demonstrated ability to lead, mentor, and develop a team of warehouse personnel
Strong understanding of safety regulations (OSHA) and quality control standards in a manufacturing setting
Bonus Qualifications
Experience with automated warehouse systems (AS/RS, AGVs).
Lean Six Sigma Green Belt or higher certification.
Proficiency in using Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) like SAP EWM or Oracle WMS Cloud.
Bilingual in Spanish or other relevant languages.
