Job Description
The Warehouse Manager supervises salary and hourly personnel in storing and shipping. They are responsible for overseeing the handling, storing, loading of ware and intra-plant transporting.
The Warehouse Manager Will
Assure the efficiency of storing and shipping throughout the plant
Monitor unit load program to ensure loads are being properly built
Check bays to determine if ware is being properly stacked and observes ware handling and loading procedure to minimize carton damage and glass damage
Conduct periodic inspections of all department equipment and systems, including carrier trailers
The Warehouse Manager Should Have
Supervisory experience
Inventory management experience
Ability to lead and develop personnel, with safety and good housekeeping top of mind
Qualifications
High School Diploma or GED required
3-5 years experience in warehouse and inventory management
Previous supervisory experience is required
Must have SAP experience
Proficient in MS Office suite (Excel, Word, Outlook and PowerPoint)
Previous experience working in a union environment is a plus
Must be authorized to work in the United States on a full-time basis

What we offer at O-I:
Salary Range: The expected salary range for this position is between $66,900 - $83,600 and includes a possible 12 % quarterly incentive bonus. Actual pay will be adjusted based upon candidate experience and other job-related factors permitted by law.
