We're seeking a hands‑on Warehouse Manager to lead daily warehouse operations for a growing company in Dallas. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced warehouse leader, or a strong warehouse supervisor ready to take the next step into management.

What You'll Do
Oversee daily warehouse operations including receiving, shipping, order fulfillment, and inventory control
Maintain a safe, organized, and efficient warehouse environment
Develop and improve processes to increase productivity and accuracy
Monitor warehouse KPIs and implement continuous improvement initiatives
Manage inventory through cycle counts, reconciliations, slotting, and process controls
Coordinate inbound and outbound freight activities
Supervise warehouse equipment maintenance, including forklifts and material handling equipment
Manage warehouse supplies and facility needs
Partner with Customer Service, Purchasing, and Sales teams to ensure smooth operations
Lead, coach, train, and develop warehouse staff
Assist with recruiting, interviewing, onboarding, and training new employees
Foster a positive, team-oriented, and safety-focused work environment
Track and report operational metrics, including inventory accuracy, productivity, shipping performance, and safety compliance
Jump in and support warehouse operations as needed to meet customer deadlines
Qualifications
3+ years of warehouse, distribution, or logistics experience
Experience supervising teams in a fast-paced warehouse or distribution environment
Strong knowledge of inventory management, shipping, receiving, and warehouse operations
Experience using Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) and ERP software
Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications
Knowledge of OSHA safety standards and warehouse best practices
Strong leadership, communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills
Ability to drive process improvements and operational efficiency
Preferred Qualifications
Bilingual English/Spanish
Forklift certification
Knowledge of Lean Six Sigma principles
